Start > Run > msconfig
System Configuration Utility opens
This is a troubleshooting tool.
You should be able to operate with this utility set to
Normal Startup and be able to boot without errors
You probably have some damaged or orphaned Startup Item
Click on the Startup tab
Look for something like "backweb7288971" and note its Location
It will most likely either be "Startup"' or "Common Startup" or something like:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

If System Configuration Utility is already in "Normal Startup" on the General tab
Then just click on "Cancel" at the bottom

Otherwise put it in "Normal Startup" and then click on "Apply" then "Close"
and then "Exit Without Restarting"

If the location was "Common Startup"
then right click on My Computer and click on Explore
Expand to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu|Programs\Startup folder
Open the Startup folder and delete the shortcut to backweb7288971

If the location was "Startup" then follow the same type of path except look under the
folder with your name instead of under "All Users"

If the location was

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Then Start > Run > regedit

Registry Editor opens
(Always be CAREFULL when working in the Registry)
Follow the appropriate path and open the Run folder
Delete the backweb7288971 item on the right hand pane.

Close Registry Editor

Restart computer and see if error message is gone.
