Error on SP2 upgarde

XP Pro, using Auto Update to get SP2 (finally).

Downloads fine and starts to install, but freezes on the "Performing Clean
Up" part. PC still usable but update never complete (had it like this
overnight with no change)

Any ideas?
 
Hi this is SHIV

Check if u have all the drivers installed properly for all the hardware
