Beth

Am I the only one getting a error on line 57 every second
time I load www.support.microsoft.com ? I don't see the
nice blue banner at the top, I get an all white screen
with the buttons in large font. This has been happening
to me for a long time and I can't seem to find any email
to send a screen cut to an MS webmaster. Sometimes it
will load properly if I hit the refresh button, sometimes
it doesn't and I can't enter search questions properly.

These two items were already set. It's not a error that
pops up, it's more like the support page is not displayed
properly, there is all this white space and i can see an
error message in the lower left corner of the ie window.

You would need to see the screen cut to truly appreciate
it.

Beth,
"i can see an error message in the lower left corner of the ie window"
As Henri previously stated = repost with the exact message.
"Sometimes it will load properly if I hit the refresh button"
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK

the error message in the lower left corner is "done error
on page", the details are line: 52 character: 1 error:
object expected code: 0 url:
http:\\www.support.microsoft.com
line: 397 character: 1 error: object expected code: 0 url:
http:\\www.support.microsoft.com

It's not the TIF.
