Error on opening Outlook

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I actually do not use BCM, but started
getting this error yesterday when opening Outlook:

"Business Contact Manager for Outlook cannot complete your last action or
actions. Please try again."

After hitting "OK" I get right into Outlook and have no other problems.
This occurs every time I start Outlook - I've been using it for several
years, and this just started happening yesterday.

I do not have the BCM toolbar, and there is no other indication that BCM is
installed.

Anyone have any ideas how to eliminate this error? In advance, thanks.

Uninstall BCM via Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs. Depending on
your version, the program may identify itself as "Outlook w/BCM". Not
to worry, removing that item will only uninstall BCM and leave Outlook
behind.

It is also possible that message may appear after BCM is uninstalled.
In that case, try removing the BCM store from your Mail profile; also
in Control Panel.
