error on history tab information

I use XP sp2, IE6, why my history information not displayed like reguler
history. The link is start with my username then follow with @url,
eg:MyUserName@http://www.microsoft.com. And when the link clicks, windows
alerts cannot find'MyUserName@http://www.microsoft.com'.Make sure you typed
the name......blablabla.
Is this something like a virus ?
Should I reinstall the XP ? and how about all the updates I already
installed, are they gone ?
Please help me, this IE looks very strange.

The answer may depend on what MyUserName really looks like.
(E.g. if it contains any special characters such a @ or #.)
