Error on Event Viewer Systems Log

There is a continuous error in Event Viewer System log on
a WIN 2K DC.

Event ID: 5774
Source: Netlogon
Each Event Description ends with: DNS Operation refused.

Any ideas of what the problem could be? Help would be
greatly appreciated.

This is usually caused by having a DNS server defined in TCP/IP properties
that does not support AD or dynamic updates, like an ISP's DNS. You should
only use your local AD DNS server in all machines in an AD domain.
Post your ipconfig /all and your AD DNS domain name from AD Users &
computers if you need further help on this.
 
Make sure the server and all client machines only point at the server for DNS. Do not point at the ISP for DNS.
