Error on Domain Controller

I'm currently getting the following error on my domain controller.

I'm receiving this on a server that runs, DC; DNS; DHCP services (it's
showing on
EventViewer\application every 5 minutes, after trying to refresh a GPO)

I've enabled script debugging using the KB article 221833 , but now I'm
lost on whta GPO is causing the issue? Any help would be great ... I can post
part of that log file

we can help you to determine the GPO.
