error OLE registration

I getting the error message and try to reinstall office but stil getting the
error. What must I do??

The error can often be a result of removing Outlook Express or an incomplete
Outlook Express installation.

What version of Outlook and when do you get the error?

I'm having this problem with Outlook 2000 on a new system. I installed
Windows and then did all the updates, including SP2. Then I installed Office
and all the Office updates. Then I couldn't open Outlook, and it gave me this
message. I uninstalled Office completely and then reinstalled it with all the
updates, with no change. I then uninstalled SP2 completely and then
reinstalled it, and it still won't work. Do I need to uninstall SP1 too and
then reinstall everything?
