this problem has only just occured and its driving me nuts!!

Any help gratefully recieved, sorry to say Im not strong on technology so
simple instruction would be very gratefully recieved!

The answer is that the server 'mail.lyonline.co.uk' is not responding on
port 110. Give their tech support a call.
 
A mi el problema que se me presenta es que me da el error 0x800CCOD y no
se a que refiere, yo no se si esta observacion en español tendrá algún
destino. saludos
