Error number: 0x800A01AD and firrewall

Please help. I can not perform downloads due to
virus/worms or ******* hacker or all of the mentioned in
my computer. Please help. They are disabling my programs.

Hi

Register MSXML3.dll and see if it helps:

1. Click Start.

2. Choose Run.

3. In the Run box, type (or copy/paste from this post)

%windir%\system32\regsvr32.exe %windir%\system32\MSXML3.dll

(note the space there in the middle)

4. Click OK.


If that doesn't help, take a look here:

When searching for available updates on the Windows Update site,
you see the 0x800A01AD error while looking for updates
