Error "not enough storage is available to process this commeand"

I'm trying to create quite a long film but I keep getting this message when I
try to add more content to it.

Can anybody offer me any advice please?

Maybe you need more RAM...or possibly increasing
the size or your Virtual Memory Paging file would help:
