Error - No Current Record

What I'm tring to do seems very simple. I'm tring to make a form from a
query using the form wizard. Before I can get through the wizard, I get an
error message stating "No Current Record". Am I running into a bug? Is it
time to do a reinstall?
 
Tom,
From my experience there needs to be data entered in the table first. Then
your next step would be creating a form for the table. So, again after your
data is entered in the table, your form can read the current record found.

Another possibility:

I have discovered, (depending on the criteria for the query), that there are
times when a query contains Yes/No fields it is necessary to change the
"Total" row from "Group By" to "First".
