During the installation of the access of to a citrix server, i got the
following message ? what's wrong ? how to fix ?

It seems to be the solution ... HOWEVER my computer (DELL X300) came with
windows xp pre installed and I don't have the CD ... !I don't know how to
download the files mentioned from another source or from microsoft site ?
....

Go to C:\Windows\Repair folder. You can find two of them there.
Command.com you can find by creating a dos bootdisk.
If they don't work email me and I will send them to you.

Search your computer of an i386 directory ... err, folder.

In the past, Dell provided a Windows CD that contained the necessary
folders and files. Now you still get a recovery CD but not that nice one
that they used to send. The "nice one" is still available but by request.
May want to try and wheedle one out of tech support for future repair
situations.

Meanwhile... Check your \windows\repair\ folder. Should find copies of the
original autoexec and config file there. For the other files, might try
grabbing copies off of another computer running the same version of XP.
