error Msg with svchost.exe

Can someone help me fix this Problem I get this popup error everytime I
use Dialup Networking and go on line the error stats that an error has
occured with file svchost.exe say windows must be restarted and in the
Meantime after I get that Msg I can not Disconnect my connection untill
I Restart.
