error msg svchost.exe

Can someone Please Help me with this File error it happens everytime i
dialup and connect to the internet it says error caused by svchost.exe
and must be restarted and i can not disconnect from my connection I must
restart Computer again evertime i get this msg can somebody please help
me fix this Pain.
