Error msg- Can't find database...

I had to reload Win98 and my Office applications -
including Access 97.
Word, Excel & PP all open fine. When I try to open Access
I get this ERROR message:
"Can't find the database you specified, or you didn't
specify a database at all. Specify a valid database name
in the command line and include a path if necessary."

Any thoughts? The program worked fine last week - BM -
before meltdown.
