error msg 0x00000006

Hello! everyone,

I save a webpage to my hd. I try to open it but
has "explorer.exe-application error" "the instruction at
0x7c4fbb92 referenced memory at 0x00000006. the memory
could not be read. ok to terminate the prog. cancel to
debug the prog.

I resently install sp4. I can open the webpage file before
installing sp4. The kb for this error msg just about new
installation. Please any suggestion.

I think if you reinstall iis and try...that may help

This is the w2k pro with sp4. no iis installed.
