I have been using Outlook 2002 for about year & 1/2. Yesterday when I double
clicked on my Outlook icon, I got an error message that said, "Microsoft
Outlook has not been installed for current user. Please run setup to install
the application."
I have Windows XP and I only have one account set up on it, so it is by
default the adminstrator. I have been to the MS website and found this error
for Outlook 2003 and followed the steps they suggested and I still have this
same problem. I can delete 2002 and install Outlook 97 and it works. I can
try to use the upgrade installation or the complete install of 2002 and
neither work. I have perused the web and seen a couple other people with the
same problem, but not solution was given. Does anyone have suggestions. I
don't want to have to reformat and restore everything, I like everyone else,
have too much on my computer that I don't want to loose.
THanks for any help in advance.
