Error Missage after starting PC

I keep getting this message when I start up my PC after I
installed SP4.

Program Error

MSAPP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows.
You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created

Has anybody else experience this problem?

Hi Tom

Looks as if you are infected with a Virus. Do a virus check with your AV
Program immediately and be sure to have the latest definitions installed.
