Error: Messenger has encoutered a problem

I recieve a messege every minute saying that
the "messenger has a problem and need to be close"; and I
haven't opened the msn messenger cause I can't, when I
try to opened start to appear a lot of dialog box
saying: "sorry, you have no contacts..." (constanly every
three seconds) that happen even when I close the
messenger, and don't let me do nothing. I have to restart
the computer to don't see any more those dialog box, but
the error still showing up every minute even if I restart
the computer. Please what can I do.

Hello,

I wish I could write good news, but I have the same
problem and am hoping to find someone with the answer. If
it helps, before I installed 6.2, 6.1 was giving me
problems relating to the rtcdll.dll file. I have tried a
lot of things to fix this, but nothing works.
