Error messages

Hello - how do I get rid of error messages and reminders which appear when XP loads. I close them and can continue as normal but this is a bit annoying. :-)

Annoying? "Error messages are your friends" (MVP Chris Quirke) and are
telling you that something is wrong with your setup. Fix whatever is wrong
and the error messages and reminders will go away.
