error messages

I am having trouble with an error message that I keep getting when I try to go to many websites one in particular is the one on Pogo.com. I repeatedly keep getting error messages that tell me that "We can't find page" or "DNS Server" or "Page cannot be displayed". It happens frequently and sometimes I even log completely log off the internet and it still doesn't help me with this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!! Please respond soon.
 
Pogo.com is an ad generated site that "requires" doubleclick and several
other tracking servers.
When doubleclick and the others are blocked you can not access the games on
that site.

So it's either don't go there or use the "toggle method" to access the
games? [ugh!]
Their "privacy policy" and Terms of Use" pages are downright scary!
