It happened first on my email program , Everytime I went
to write a email asign pops up saying there was an error
and it will have to close.I wrote down some of the things
it said , App Name Mailclnt.exe , Mod Name mshml,dll .
and Mod Ver.6.0.2800.1264 So I cannot write email . Then
it started happening to other programs, Internet
Explorer , and another Microsoft program . It a;ways says
the same thing That it has encountered and error and will
have to close . How do I go about fixing this problem ?
Thanks any ideas to fix it would be appreciated .

Mailclnt.exe is the executable for, I believe, Earthlink's email program.
You may want to check out this issue with their technical support.

I had this same issue with several of the same programs
you refer to. Namely my e:mail program and IE and so on.
You may want to write this solution down so if it happens
again you can fix it the same way. When you get the
warning screen make a note of the dll that it names. In
this case it is mshml.dll. Be sure you copy it exactly how
it appears. I noticed you have a coma between mshml and
dll and that is not right. Once you make a note of the dll
then go>start\run and type in regsvr32 /i mshml.dll and
hit the enter on your keyboard or click ok. This may or
may not work but what it does is reregister the Dynamic
link library that has become unregistered for some reason.
Once again be sure to type it in exactly. Put the space
after the 32 and after the i . See if that helps. Keep
smiling.
