I keep getting a window "Wise Install" that states (
Could not open " Install. Log.File" ) I'm trying to
remove a program, and that message pops up each time. Can
someone help or tell me who can?

Kathleen Kirchner

Try reinstalling the program and then try removing it. I assume you are
using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.

Michael. I had posted to Kathleen's post a few minutes earlier than this
one.

I hope this helps.

Thanks, Larry. It seems, however that the problem is an issue on her setup
and not a web install issue unless she was trying to create it locally for
the purpose of a web setup and for some reason was trying to remove it.

That wasn't the impression I got.

Yeah Michael.
that's why I sent the links about the program incase she remembered she had
them :o]

Yup, good idea, you never know what she might have had installed or what she
might have been up to previously.
