error messages

When the computer starts, I have been receiving 2
messages. 1 says "ecountered problem with win32info.exe
the program must shut down" and the other is "encountered
problem with mscnt.exe must shut down". Once I cancel
the alert message everything works fine. Any answers?

scan ur computer with antivirus u might have been infected
with a trojan or anyother 3rd party...
