Error messages

All of a sudden I can't access any page without a popop
asking me if I really want to visit this "potentially
dangerous site" and then going on to say the site is in
the Earthlink Scamblocker's list of potentially dangerous
and fraudulent web sites and I'm at risk of identify theft
or other financial losses. The web site in question? One
is www.msn.com and one is THIS ONE.. www.microsoft.com,
every time I try to read a message or post one. I have
uninstalled the program and rebooted AND IT STILL GIVES ME
THE DANG MESSAGE!. help??????
