I have Windows XP home edition (upgrade edition). The
other day, I answered some sort of survey regardings
microsoft widowns that I found in my email. Since then my
computer, when I attempt to boot or reboot, displays the
followings messages (I am running a NTSS fromatted):
1. System B2 failure
2. An error messags stating that: lsass.exe, unable to
locate components. This application could be fixed by
reinstalling program. However, when I click to reinstally
the program I get the following error message. . .
3. SAMLIB.dll was not found. Reinstalling application
will fix problem. Again, when I click to reinstall all
that happens is I get a black screen with a blinking
cursor.
Can anyone help me with this!! Your assistance would be
greatly appreciated. I work from home, and have not been
able to get anything done because of this problem. . .
Thanks!
