error messages when launching Internet Ex. Brower

After installing the 6.0 version I get an error message
that states there was a problem, needs to close. The
files that are included are different each time. They are
always in C:\Docume~1/(myname)\locals~1\Temp\(Always
Different).tmp.diroo\appcompat.txt. I have found the
files they are showing but don't know what it means or
what to do with them. I have been working on this for 5
days now. The company who sold us the computer wants
$55.00 an hour to fix this and I just can't afford that.
Please help.

JJ,

Zette hasn't given us enough information to make that suggestion very likely
to be useful. The key piece of information that we are missing
is the name of the module where the crash is occurring. It is much more
likely that the crash is occurring in Module: <unknown> or Module: mshtml.dll
or even kernel32.dll in which case other suggestions would be made.

Without that information Henri's guess is likely to be more useful.
