ERROR MESSAGES!!!! PLEASE HEEEEELP

I cannot open any programm on my computer for example when i want to open
marcomedia flash an error message saying C:\Program
Files\Macromedia\flash.exe is not a valid Win32 application apperas this
message comes up on every other programms, i cannot even log into the
internet!

Can anyone please help me?

Try opening event viewer,for the error/warning open the url listed,this opens
help/support in xp usually with a fix.Otherwise,write down the specifics,then
post the message again.
