Every time Im connected to the internet somewhere out of
the blue an error message appears and asks me to send and
error report to microsoft or dont send an error report.
Then it kicks me off the internet. Dell gave me the run
around and basically dont know why it is happening or how
to fix this. HELP... someone...

That type of error message is primarily meant to assist
Microsoft to improve XP and coming versions of Windows.
Click on Start > Run > type in "sysdm.cpl" (without quotes)-
Press <Enter>
In System Properties, click on the Advanced tab and then
click on the Error Reporting button.
It is quite all right to leave Error Reporting enabled, but realize
that this is basically just a way of letting Microsoft programmers
know that in this case something has caused Internet Explorer to
fail. The real question is, what is that "something"?

This is probably due to a spyware program
but could also possibly be a virus.

Let's do this:

Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab

Delete all cookies
Delete all temporary internet files
(include all offline content)
Remove all Downloaded Program Files
To do that, you click on that "settings"
button and then click on the "View Objects"
button and then right click and choose remove
for all of them, if any, one at a time.
Close the Downloaded Program Files window,
Click OK to the Settings window.
Now clear History

Now click on the "Advanced" tab at the top
of Internet Options.
In the Browsing section, uncheck the box for
"Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)"
Click "Apply" and then "OK" at the bottom
of Internet Options
Close out of Control Panel

Restart the computer

Download one or both of these Anti Spyware programs
and install them, update them and scan your system
and delete any spywares that may be found. If you have a
working Anti Virus program, then update it and scan with it,
otherwise use one of these free online virus scanners:

I am getting something similar. Mine
says "loader.exe", but it doesn't shut me down. I
just click "don't send" and go on. I also contacted
Dell and they wouldn't help me because I hadn't purchased
the software protection program. They offered me a six
month plan for $49.95 and then they would help me. My
computer was 39 days old when I called them. I just got
rid of the "blaster virus", and now this!! I have xp
home edition. If I can find the answer, I will
certainly post it here!! --- coy
