error message

I keep getting the error message: I/O error 6
I have disabled the Norton AntiVirus add-in program as is
suggested in the base article 320365. That obviously
didn't work. Does anyone know how to correct this error?

Try this:
"An unexpected error occurred - I/O Error 0" or "An unexpected error
occurred - I/O Error 6"
