Error message

When trying to open e-mail attachments from powerpoint i
receive error message "powerpoint found a error it can't
correct. Also i am unable to open attatchments from Excell

So if you save the attachment to your harddrive and open it from there,
does it work? Also, when you do that, try both of the following: 1)
double-clicking the file on your harddrive 2) Opening PPT and then using
File/Open and navigating to the file. Does either or both of those work?
