Error Message

When using the send/receive button w/MS Outlook, I get
the message "The operation failed. An Object could not be
found"
I've re-loaded the software, still have problem.

Here's the answer to our problem. It's found under Microsoft Knowledge Based Article #312354.
I did it and it works!! Thanks to Jeff Stephenson from Outlook Development, he's THE MAN!
