Error message

I get this message when I attempt to log into Outlook
2000. Can't access. I attempted to reload Office 2000,
doesn't work. I am a novice. Please provide any possible
assistance.

Running Windows 98 or ME, I'll bet. The above file is the default path to
the Outlook Personal Folders file (.pst). Apparently it is either gone or
not in the place Outlook exprects to find it. Search your hard drive for
"*.pst" and see if it is in a folder other than the default. If so, when
Outlook starts and complains the PST can't be found, browse to the folder
where it is or, once Outlook has started, click File>Open>Personal Folders
File and browse to it.
