Now when I open Outlook I receive this message: DDE Server Window: Outlook.EXE-No Disk. There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive A. I hit cancel and then it opens my email. Any suggestions? Also, how can I veiw who the email is from? Sometimes it comes through with a name and other times it comes through with an email address. Any way to change it to all names? Thanks

My guess is that you have an add-in registered that is trying to examine the
diskette drive. Click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>Add-in Manager
or COM Add-ins and see what's there.
