Error message

I keep receiving this error message when openning some chats:
The instruction at "0x0610fd54" referenced memory at "0x01b51ed6". The
memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate.

When I click OK, all IE windows close.

Then reboot and do this again. Some files can hang after the first run
through.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

My problem is resolved. I used the freeware CCleaner to clear my cache and
clean up my registry.
