Error message

Every time I go to support for my HP laptop and click on the check up button
it goes all the way through but before I get the results I get an error
message saying "Invalid at the top of level document". Does anyone have any
idea what that means and hope I can fix it? I tried going through HP but
like usual the have no idea what they're doing any way let alone having to
answer a question
