I recently had my Internet Explorer shut down using
Windows ME. I ran Norton without success and finally
removed IE and downloaded a new version. The new version
would not install. The message I was getting had
something to do with KERNEL32. When I tried to reinstall
it said something about lack of memory or a corrupted
cabinet.
Next I installed Windows XP but the same thing is
happening. Apparently,I transfer the corrupted file to
the new Windows.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Craig
