I recently had a company create a web page for my
franchise. This web page is actually a duplicate of many
other websites my company has and they just talior it to
each franchise. Anyway everytime I go into the
adiminstration stie to change information it lets me
change and update one item and then I get this message
"iexplore has caused a error in <unknown>
iexplore will close now"

it then shuts everything down to windows. It does this
everytime. It will take me forever to update my website at
this rate. HELP Please.. I have contacted the the designer
of the site and they say it's not on there end

You can't just change a Web page with IE. You'll have to ask the people who
created the page for instructions.

I have then instruction on how to get to the
adminstration site and how to change items once inside.
This is where the problems start. When I change an item
and then hit the update button that is in there admin.
site i get the error message. Since the error message
has "iexplore" in it they tell me this has to be on my end.

I get this message "iexplore has caused a error in <unknown>

Crashes in module <unknown> are often signs of interfering
third-party programs, aka malware, scumware, etc.

See Frank's *usual* suggestion for a link to a list of procedures
for making sure that that isn't the cause of your problem.

First eliminate any scumware.
See
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
