Displays a message can not display page. I used a fix it
program to repair registry and after that I couldn't get
any thin on the internet.

There are no sure programs to fix the registry.

Try to restore a registry dated prior to your failed repair.

At the Start/Run applet execute

scanreg /restore
select a date prior to your failed repair.
