Error Message

Has anyone ever seen this error message before? It happens
on my computer for geocities but then if i go to another
computer I can bring it up. If someone has seen this
problem before please let me know if you got it corrected.

Internet Explorer cannot download from www.example.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot
be found please try again later.

ive seen this before i have had it happen to me before but
i don't rember how i fixed it i played with the advanced
settings
