Try a search for that file and take note of the directory
it is in. That will lead you to what software is running.
Could it be an HP printer?
If you can, you should try to remove that program thru
add/remove programs, and then re-install. This should
clear it up.

If then hpoeum08.exe is a system file (it is in
c:windows) then I wouldn't remove it(you mostlikely need
it). Keep searching for an answer or post back with what
