I've error message everytime when I turn on the PC
"This application has failed to start because msin32.dll
was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem. So what is this mean and how to get rid off.

If you have xp cd try start/run type cmd click ok/ at

command prompt window type sfc/ scannow (1 space
after /) enter / you will be prompted to put xp cd in.
This is System File Check automatically check and repairs
system files this may fix your problem. Hope this helps.
