When a friend of mine starts up their computer - they get
the following error message - windows cannot find
c;\windows\system32\grview.exe. make sure you typed the
name correctly and then try again. The file doesn'seem to
be in Windows Explorer but they are having problems
acessing the internet as they system grinds to a holt.

Can anyone give any advice on what to do about this

Thanks

Clare

Hi Clare,

Start/run msinfo32, expand the software environment and click on the startup
programs. Locate the line that loads grview.exe and make note of where it is
loading from. This is where you will need to go to remove the reference to
it. If you are unsure of how to proceed, please post back with the startup
location.
