error message

I have been getting the following error for a month and I
don't know why or how to get rid of it. It comes up in a
Rundll box with the message " An exception occurred while
trying to run"C\Windows\System32\btiein.dd,download. Does
anyone know how to fix this?
 
It's due to Huntbar spyware. Download Huntbar killer:

I downloaded the software but it doesn't seem to run... I
tried it manually as well but it gives me an error
message saying that I do not have access to the huntbar
software. What am I doing wrong?
