error message

I can get on a web site easily but when I attempt to enter
its secure area I get the message "Server not found. This
page cannot be displayed". I am very frustrated inasmuch
as I can get my bank's home page but am then unable to
access my account.

My laptop is new and we had this problem from the start.

Any suggestions?

AOL says the problem cannot be corrected from their end.

Have you talked to the bank yet? They may have requirements such as "accept
cookies" that they can tell you about.
