Error message

Carrie pluck

I need help! I was trying to do a test hardware in my
voice option and I got the following error code
0x80004005. I was also told to check dpvsetup.exe. I am
not sure what to do please help. thank you. I can be
emailed to (e-mail address removed)

Tried what it said in the article had no luck. Any other
suggestions?
