error message

Having a problem trying to convert a folder to PDF with acrobat it starts
doing the work then stops with the following message. Microsoft office live
add-in-sign- has stopped working. i also get the same message after i have
been lets say looking at a word doc after i have closed it the same box comes
up. this box also says -a problem caused the program to stop working
correctly windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.

do not think i have made any recent changes but i am very puzzeld it really
is only effecting me using acrobat at this time any help please
 
Do you actually need the Microsoft Office Live add-in? Judging by the number
of complaints we see here, it seems to offer a lot more trouble than
benefit. Uninstall it.

Thanks Graham i have done that and it is now sorted (why i had it i do not
know was it always ther or is it something downloaded on updates) thanks again
