I have a database that was created 5 years ago and has worked like a charm
all this time. There have been no changes made to the programing, however
now an error message displays when I try to add a new record. The error
message states "The changes you requested to the table were not successful
because they would create duplicate values in the index, prmary key or
relationship. Change the data in the field of fields that contain duplicate
date, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and
try again" The issue is there have been no changes to the database and the
record being added are not a duplicate record. Could this mean the database
is corrupt? Your help is much appreciated.
