I get a message on my computer that says "program missing"
It won't let me boot in safe mode or any other mode!
How do you boot from the cd? Which cd I have 4 that came with my windows xp

I assume your problem is that Windows XP won't start up. If all else fails,
then a 'repair install' could be an option. See this article:
